We are committed to supporting dyslexic individuals and their families across London
Dyslexia is a specific learning difficulty (SpLD) that can make reading, spelling, and writing more challenging. It can also affect things like memory, organisation, sequencing, and even maths.

We’re here to help - with a warm, supportive approach and a range of services for individuals and schools, including full diagnostic assessments and exam access arrangements.

How you might find life with dyslexia
Many people think of dyslexia as just a difficulty with reading and writing—but it’s often much more than that.
You might find that you need a bit more time to complete tasks, struggle to remember things, or forget them quickly. Copying from the board or taking notes might feel overwhelming. Organising your thoughts—or even your day—can be tricky. You might arrive late, lose focus, or avoid certain words because the spelling feels too hard. Some people with dyslexia are messy, while others become super tidy to stay in control. Numbers and maths might feel especially confusing. And all of this can be frustrating—especially when you're trying your best but still feel misunderstood.

But there’s another side to the story.
You might find it easier to talk through your ideas, even if writing them down is tough. You could be creative, imaginative, and have a strong ability to visualise and problem-solve in ways that others don’t. You might naturally come up with fresh, original ways of doing things.

Dyslexia affects everyone differently. A diagnostic assessment can help you understand your unique strengths and the areas where you need support. It also offers practical suggestions to help you move forward with confidence.

Dyslexia often occurs alongside other Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLDs), such as Developmental Coordination Disorder (DCD - dyspraxia), dyscalculia, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and autism.
